True Me

I am just a girl,
Trying to figure out my life.
Every twist and turn,
Trying to do what's right.

I try to become stronger,
Even when all I can do is cry.
I make it through it all somehow,
Trying never to say goodbye.

I am who I am ,
And noone will change me .
But I will change in time.
To create the true me.

The grammar is fine poetry-wise.
3/5. I know it's a bit low but...
It's somewhat vauge as to why you do what you do, and why you can do it to change. (I'm a rough person when it comes to writing)
