The essence of life,
a spark in the dark,
blown out by a million breaths.
Everyone walksby the graves,
without a single glance.
Nobody cares about their loss,
or about the lost last chance.
Weeds cover the resting place,
the tombstones are now crumbled.
People stuck in their own scheduals,
without a thought to stray.
One child remembers the laughter.
One child fights the dark.
One spark begins to ignite others.
