The snowflakes fall onto my window pain
softly and slowly in a cool winter dance.
Each one, its own pattern, its own special moves
Difting and dancing against the subtle sunlight.
The acute winter petals that fall from the sky
like a glorious rain.
Each one seperate, beautiful in its own way
frolicing its way towards the ground.
There they melt on the soft floor
to start the cycle again.

Description:
I'm sitting in my kitchen enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate for breakfast when I noticed the glorious snowfall outside. That gave me my inspiration.
That day in Study Hall I wrote up this poem. Please enjoy. - Date: 12/21/2009
