The blinding white lights flicker on in a flash
A frightened girl retreats into a tiny, dirty corner
There she huddles, as her heart thumps fast
She reflects, seeing her life has torn her
The recollections, moments, and joy fade away
She is alone
The girl slowly replays the events of the day
leading up to this point as she releases an agonizing moan
As she does this, she is bleeding
Tears, from feari, from pain well up in her eyes
Her ignorant bliss of living a good life has been misleading
She musters up courage, but death hinders her tries
It is over, she is dead,
and so are her words still left unsaid.
