• We are thrusted together
    by life’s untold, twisted fate,
to sit side by side in boring lectures,
    hilarious mischief and silent conversations.

    We are told
That we can’t see each other
    We don’t listen
    We sneak past the darkness
    Borrow friend’s phones
    Facebook each other
Everything there was to make us see the other side of the sun

    It all ended that night
    When that storm struck
No one knew what was happening
Not even the gods could tell us what would happen
    Everything ended bad though
    We knew it would
    We lost each other
I lost the other half of me
