She woke up with tears streaming down her face
And each and every morning she'd pray
That a tear would not be shed that day
But why weren't her prayer answered?
Slow steps to the bus stop
The tears have stopped
But in the back of her mind
She wants to break down.
School was fine
Lots of smiles and laughs
Went home late on purpose
To escape for as long as possible
She came home
White as a ghost
White as snow
Freezing, as cold as a dead body.
Words were said
She stomped ahead
And her eyes, how they were!
The fire of rage burning.
Until..
An object hit her head
Her arms were red
Face tear streaked
Her heart black and blue
Uncontrollably crying
She sat by her door
Wrote a poem on bended knees
And would cry herself to sleep that night.
That morning she prayed
Put a smile on her face
That wiped away
No one did see
Her tear streaked face.

Description:
This was just.. I was crying earlier, sobbing really. I wrote this, and you don't even have to guess who the "she" is.
Crying gives inspiration, but brings back the heartaches of the past. - Date: 12/07/2010
