The world tumbles apart
Missed the chance to jump on the cart
Leading to fame and fortunate disaster
Void of love and held together by a thin plaster
Girls dancing with men up to no good
Never acting as they rightly should
Even when my small part of the frame is balanced precariously
The picture on a whole living too deliriously
Controlled chaos drives some over the edge
While others take a meaningless pledge
To rid the world of hate and sorrow
To promise a better tomorrow
Empty promises, empty hope
People already at the end of their rope
Saddened by a lack of confidence
Waiting for a spark of brilliance
Never achieving a common goal
Ready to dig a giant hole
We build our own graves
The world still unchanged
