18 years I lived my life
18 years I planned to thrive
18 years have come and gone
Now off I go, where I belong
Little Jimmy was homeless
His parents cared less
He was severely abused
But couldn't confess
Oh Sara was poor
All her peers do tell
Her daddy lives in jail
Locked behind a cell
Georgie was a punk
He wasn't a fool
Sold some snow out back
Just to pay for school
