Well I had my first encounter with a scammer the other day.
He sent me this message:

But what I thought was really funny was that the "don't give out your password" thing appeared right above his post. This thing:
So I decided I would ask him why I was being reported. I'm not saying I'm a perfect angel but the worst thing I've ever done on gaia was misplace a thread and make my sig too big. That's all.

Of course he didn't give me a real reply. He just said this:

So I figured the only why to get him to talk was to give him a password and a email adress. Which of course were fake. I gave him this:

I said that but by then he blocked me. Which I usally take as a sign of anger. I think it would have been different if he just quit talking to me. At lest that's what I think.
