I love the rain, especially the smell of it. Moisture in the air gives off such a peacefully aroma, it feels like the rain is washing away the past, at least for a little wile. It doesn't make much sense to me how something like water can give such a feeling of serenity, it's an enigma to me. Most people give views of gloom when talking about the rain, and most of the time run from it under shelter, even though the only thing that shelter does is keep you dry. Today I stood face to the sky, and my previous thought of washing away my past came to me, and I felt like I used to, not like I do now. It may be the purity of it that makes me feel like that, it's like, because I've become impure, the water's purity sunk into me, and gave me new life...at least for the moment. So in short, I love the rain........Heh heh....goth poety
