A Pokemon's Journey 3: Hidden strength revealed |

Cyrus and Hannah took one last look at their hometown before they left towards Jubilife city. After a few minutes walking Cyrus started falling behind. "Want me to carry you? You look tired." Hannah said. "No thanks, I'm not in the mood of beeing carried around right now." Cyrus said. "Please? I just wanna help you out since, well, it's a bit longer since you're so tiny." Hannah said. "I don't care, I'm fine anyway. Let's just get to Jubilife city so we can rest there." Cyrus said. Moments later, a pokemon jumped out and knocked Cyrus over with a solid headbutt. "Ow! What the heck!?" Cyrus yelled. He quickly got up to face a wild Bidoof. It seemed very aggressive towards him. "Get offa mah territory!" It yelled. "It's a free world, I have the right to walk wherever I please!" Cyrus said. "Shut yer mouth! I dunno who you are, and you sure as hell don't look or smell like us, so go away before I make ya." The Bidoof said. "Hey! That's not very nice of you, we were just passing by. We're going to Jubilife city which is just over that hill if I am right, so just leave us alone." Hannah said. "...you? You understand me? Now I've seen everything!" The Bidoof said. "You can see alot more if you like. Cuz if you don't leave us alone, I'll punch you all the way over to Kanto!" Cyrus said. "Oh yeh? Cmon then! Gimme yer best shot! I can take it!" The Bidoof said, growling at Cyrus. "Ready or not, here I come weakling!" It yelled and charged towards Cyrus. "Weakling? ...Weakling!?" Cyrus said, his eye twitched with contained rage. "Uh oh, no he's done it." Hannah said and sighed. Since he was young, he always went ballistic if anyone called him a weakling, that was a highly efficient method of unleashing his inner rage. Hannah startled slightly as she felt Cyrus's aura. Riolu was an aura emination pokemon, and so she could feel his aura heating up the air around her, she'd never felt anything like this before.
Without thinking much, the enraged Cyrus simply reared back and punched with all his power, this reckless move made the Bidoof fly several feet backwards. "Ow! Agh! What was that!?" The Bidoof yelled. Cyrus was just as surprised, he struggled to find words for what he just did. He was smaller than the Bidoof and yet he managed to sling it several feet away with one clean punch. Cyrus just stood there, his fist still raised in mid height totally dumbstruck. ".....how did I do that?" He said. "Ugh, you're going down for this, just you wait and see! I'll get my packleader and we'll see who gets the last laugh. Hahaha!" The Bidoof said and ran into the forest. "Hm, looks like I don't know my own strength anymore. Hehe." Cyrus stood. Cyrus looked over at the forest and was startled to see a large amount of glowing eyes looking at him. "Uhh, Hannah? We got company..." Cyrus said nervously. "Oh, where?" Hannah asked. In seconds a large pack of Bidoofs surrounded them both. "Uh Hannah, I think you should take out Chimchar now, cuz I don't think we can avoid a fight here." Cyrus said. The bidoofs came closer, growling at them. Hannah threw her pokeball and released Chimchar. "Alright, I'm out what seems to be the problem.....oh, I see." It said. "Oh, you just noticed?" Cyrus said sarcastically. "There must be at least 10 to 12 here. And we're only 2." He added. "We are 3 if you add my master." Chimchar said. "She's not fighting. We are." Cyrus said. "Understood. But we're outnumbered 5 to 1 at least." Chimchar said. Cyrus looked deep into the eyes of one of the Bidoofs. He grinned and took a step forward. "Cmon you pathetic excuses for weak pokemon! Show me what you got!" He yelled. Chimchar looked at Cyrus nervously, he was only grinning. "Why you little! You're the weakling here!" The Bidoof yelled. It charged towards him. "Now let's see if what I think is right." Cyrus said. Just before the Bidoof hit, Cyrus dodged the strike and quickly kicked the Bidoof in the gut. Cyrus was surprised that he could move this swiftly. The wild Bidoof fainted, leaving the other 11 to watch in awe. "Well, I guess beeing a pokemon has it's advantages. Right, anybody else want some!?" Cyrus said. The others snarled and they all charged towards him at the same time. "Oh...darn. I should not have said that." Cyrus said. As they all quickly closed in on the three, Cyrus hatched a plan. "Chimchar, hop on top of Hannah, now!" Cyrus yelled. Chimchar did so and jumped on her shoulder. Cyrus grabbed Hannah's legs and tossed her upwards, he jumped up just in time. The Bidoof's looked up and crashed with eachother hard. Cyrus landed on top of them and jumped off. "Hah, and I thought Psyducks were stupid. Haha!" Cyrus said.
"Wow Cyrus, you're really strong for your size."
"Heh, yeah. Guess it must be my natural strength combined with the awesome power of...what was this pokemon's name again?"
"Riolu."
"Yeah, Riolu. Our combined strength makes me the perfect warrior, I totally rock!"
"Ok Cyrus, now you're just being full of yourself."
"Let's just go to Jubilife city so I can get something to eat, I'm starving. And tired."
