Last night I went to my first prom;
Which was [technically] my Sophomore Prom.
I dressed for a regular day;
Jeans, Shirt, Undershirt, ect.
Because Sierra and her parents were taking us to a Steakhouse in Leesville [The next town over] for dinner.
Afterwards, we were to go back to my house to drop me off.
I'd get changed into my tux,
And we'd then be off to the Prom. x3
Well,
When we got to the Steakhouse,
Sierra's parents threw food at each other. o.o;
I mean,
There were these Peanuts in a big bucket on the table,
And they just sat there,
Throwing peanuts at each other. xD
Sierra called it embarrassing;
I found it hilarious. xD
After dinner,
We left for my house.
They dropped me off,
And I took a shower,
Fixed my hair,
Got dressed,
And about an hour later I called Sierra,
And she sent her dad to come pick me up.
We were then planning on going to Garrett's house after the Prom to "celebrate" a little more.
I brought with me two extra GameCube controllers so we could play Super Smash Brothers Brawl together and everything!
It was going to be awesome.
Once we got to the Prom,
We took a bunch of pictures,
And we met up with most of our friends-
It was awesome. :3
Well,
We went up on the balcony above,
And we sat there most of the time.
A couple of times throughout the night,
I found myself looking at the crowd,
Almost..
Searching.
Kim came over and asked me if I was alright.
I told her I was fine,
And she said she didn't believe me.
So,
I asked her;
"Have you ever looked at a crowd of people, and found yourself looking for someone you know isn't there?"
And she sorta was laughing,
And then stopped when she realized I was serious.
"Yeah, I think I have." She replied with,
Before asking,
"Who are you searching for?"

I didn't really respond,
I sorta just got up and started dancing with everyone.
The thing is,
I wasn't sure.

Around the middle of the Prom,
I called my Grandpa,
Asking him if I could go to Garrett's after the Prom,
And he simply said,
"No."
I tried to argue my point,
Saying that it was Sierra's last prom,
And he just continued saying "No."
So I hung up on him. D<

All in all,
It was a pretty cool Prom. :3
