Part 2- The Living Dead Chap Name- Preparing
Dear Ending.
My eyes flutter open.
Was that a dream? Is that what really happened? Why did Ending come back?
Hundreds of questions flew through my mind, flooding it yet again. I try to block them but they just keep coming. Another pops up, but it surprises me. It has nothing to do with the latest question.
How do I get to The Frozen Oak?
I run to my library, Straight to the maps. I start flipping through them all until I find The Sea of the Tortured, Lost Souls. I fallow its coastline. Near the end of the map I find that a quarter of the coast map has been ripped off. The tree must be in that area!
Adrenaline is pumping through my veins. I'm excited. Feelings. I forgot that I have become half-human. So now blood is pumping through me. I can feel. Blush. So many things that I haven't been able to do in so long…
Then I remember. The trip to that area is at least two days. It wouldn’t have mattered if I weren't human. Well half.
There are also great storms there. Ill need a tent. And some other supplies. Ill bring food even though I doubt ill need it.
As I pack this into a bag I remember. I remember these items were in my hands or on my back when I came here. The weight of the fact that I'm half-human falls on me. I realize how great of a gift it is. I nearly laugh, but stop myself, if I laugh Satan will hear and come to see why I can open my mouth.
I pick my pack up and head out to start my search for The Frozen Oak…
…And my lost love.
