Okay, so call Tech Support, your an English speaking person and you end up an person speaking an different language and he talks to you as I you know everything.
Like HELLO! If I knew what to do would I freaking call you? NO! So why are you making things so much more harder then they are?
Okay so here is the story. I woke up 8. Had no internet on my laptop. So I went to my main computer, all the lights were lite up as it it was working. So I turned on main computer and it said IP address problem. So I was like okay. Called cable company, and they said to call Tech Support for my rounter as that was what was wrong.
So called them, cliked on whatever numbers to get where I wanted to be. Got to the guy and he was like Japanese or something trying to explain to me how to do stuff on my laptop to find the IP address. He spoke to me as if I knew everything and then he made things harder then it was before. So I hung up.
Likecome on, your tech Support. Means you shoould know how to tell us in easy simple steps how to fix somethig. So now here I am, typing this up, complaining about the idiot from tech support and after hunging up on him, guess what?
I have to freaking call them and try to fix my laptop wireless, so I can use my laptop and not my main computer which is my parents. Yay! Looks like I got into something bad. But if I gets the same guy again, I'm hanging up again on his a**!
