Okay, so you are most likely sitting there and thinking to yourself, whats the worst thing that dad could of showed me? Your most likely thinking it isn't anything bad, well then you are wrong.
You see, my father, he was hiding a secret from me, and it was something I thought was long gone. Dad was appealingly something that I never thought exist, only in the books that I have read. Dad was the King of the underworld. Just think about this now. Your sitting in your room, your parents or parent ask you to go out shopping for Christmas gifts, you agree. You drive for a hour or more, and you don't go shopping, you end up in some place in the middle of nowhere, with a house in front of you, looking very creepy and when you enter it is worst.
I just want you all to think about what you would picture a vampires house to be like. Now take that and add these things. Something old Victorian style, cause that is what this one looked like. When you enters the house there is all candles all over the place and a few fireplaces, there is a upstairs with rooms that dad told me not to entered and loads of doors around the space I was in. Now dad just entered the house, I was close on his heels until he went into another room and closed the door on me, leaving me in the hallway in a place I know nothing about at all.
I sat down in the hall, leaning against the wall looking at the people who were in the house. Their red eyes looking at me, making me shiver. I hated the look they were giving me, it was as if they knew my thoughts, could look right though my soul and I didn't like it.
Sighing, I opened the book I had with me and started reading from where I left off, but guess what it was. Freaking Twilight. I know what you are all thinking and yes I love the books, they are amazing and Stephanie Meyer is a amazing writer, but when your in a house and you just found out your father is the King of the Underworld it is never good.
Looking up at the sound of feet on the floor, I couldn't believe who it was. It was Kameko. I didn't know this was his place, the place he would always tell me about. He looked at me. I could see the look in his eyes, not a good one. He walked over to me looking me over.
"Sofia, why are you here?"
"Kameko, what did I tell you?" I heard my father's voice say behind me.
"Sir, why is she here?"
"None of your business. Now get inside so we can start the meeting. Sofia, stay out of trouble." Dad said walking away, leaving me alone once again with all of the weird looks from people. Great, just what I wanted.
