Real men...
Today, I was one! Well. I was chainsawing trees while drinking cold beer, wearing a cowboy hat, and toed boots. Afterwards I worked out on a punching bag, showered, styled my hair and lotioned my hands.

Everyone knows real men are strong, smell good, and do manly things. Doh. They also have skilled hands and look good without shirts. Obviously.

Or not. But the fact is that I am a real man. Today wasn't proof. Just who I am. Maybe not a perfect man, or a complete one, but I am in fact an adult male. Biologically, that's undeniable. Mentally, it could be challenged, but part of being a man is also being a boy. Nothing completely changes from what it was, otherwise it'd be something else.

But, considering in the past I've had issues really being one, it's a good realization.

Now for a bit of random to record, I love purple hair, jews are cool, and I'm a stalker. Vinnie Veritas is a genius, MS paint adventures are exciting (I almost renamed this account Aradia), and I am alive.

I can't say that anyone is as close to me as they once were, but I still have excellent friends. I understand how adults and humans in general function much better, or rather, I act more fittingly due to that knowledge. People are transient. Myself especially.

In and out, close and far, accept the changes that invariably come with life. I was just re-reading many of my journal entries, and many of them struck me as amusing. Tales of yet another enduring the simple things of life. Humanity will never advance as a whole because each individual must learn things on their own. However, individuals can change for the better, far and beyond their race.

Josephine is growing up, she's almost a woman as well. I can't wait to see who she'll become. On the other hand, the fully matured, cynical, and alternately empathic voice of Falen is pretty awesome too. Rachael is as cool as always (I think I'm attracted to evil, really), and Jill is her cranky lovable artistic self. Lexa is still being cool and living her beliefs, I admire that a great deal. I'm proud of her. Elise is an emo who I think is a boy pretending to be a girl, I hope she (he?) spills soon. I was once there. New and interesting shinies include Tea and his ex. Tela is cool, but Mooth is... fascinating, in how her mind works. Nights sometimes are lonely, but for the most part, I'm okay with them being just mine. That being said, I don't think Lisa will ever stop being someone I care for and miss. V (VINCENT VALENTINE who's real name is John Boucherie) reminds me a lot of Tom, and gives me hope for the race of males. Some of us can be cool. Real men. Everyone on my friends list has gotten a custom handle from me to more accurately describe them. Purple Tentacle Rapist, Tres Cake, Mr. Spoo, Clandestine Lullabies, Well wisher, Rain Storms, AFFRO MAN, and more.

I'm excited about Starcraft II, the new and old friends I'll find there, I'm loving League of Legends, but playing anything too much is bad. College is starting in three weeks, and I'm happy about getting my fingers back into that scene. I was accepted into MIT, and despite the input from people, will not be attending. I don't want to, and even more than that, I don't want to get into debt. The future holds something different for me, I'm certain. I almost died recently, I have three swords by my desk, and I probably enjoy flirting with several gay men far more than I should. Flirting is fun, when there's no intent on my part.

The current catholic pope is stupid. So. Very. Stupid. I realize that if you disagree with the leadership of an organized religion, you may as well not be part of it, but I still consider myself catholic in essence, and still think he's a ********. Yes. ********. It's a fitting term for a man who publishes a work that decries women priests a crime against the church and at the same level of evil as child molestation, and further insinuates that women in leadership are in the near occasion of sin. No. You're wrong, I'm sorry. For the very same reason Twilight is wrong. Every person can stand on their own. Every person can be right and worth following. Doesn't matter if they have a v****a. NOT every person is the same, and the ability to bear life is a gift. Just like being a man is a gift, doesn't make all humans the same. Equal is not the right word, because we aren't the same. But equal rights do make sense for a single race. We're all humans, even if we're different types.

Also, my knuckles are all swollen. I've been doing full workouts on the heavy bag with only hand wraps. The knuckles are thickening and soon I'll have properly conditioned hands (Bonus points for the lethal weapon joke), but the skin is still soft. I approve. Now if only my abs would follow my triceps, I'd have a body worth flaunting. 'Till then, I'm satisfied with being fast and combat capable, but I plan on continuing to strive for more. Also my new favorite emoticon is :3.

And... dreams! I'll have to write about the interesting and colorful ones soon, but they're the real reason all my icons everywhere are a cat. 3nodding

The pope is Palpatine in an alternate reality, galaxy, and universe.

But don't think that disagreeing with a leader of organized religion means that you shouldn't be a part of it or consider yourself a part of it. That's the problem with a lot of people. Take Christianity for example. Christians disagree with other Christians and/or maybe see other Christians doing wicked things or being stupid.

So they stop being Christian. Or non-Christians see these things and stay the way they are.

Your faith should never be based on other people. They are flawed and will always make mistakes. The heart of every Christian's faith is Jesus Christ. Never let something as precious as spirituality and faith be determined by the actions of other people.

Sorry, that was me going on a tangent.

I agree for a whole list of reasons that women can lead churches.

Vincent Valentine is an excellent character, and I am also excited about Starcraft II. It's taken Blizzard long enough to finally create it.

I still must disagree with you on people, though. I believe they are, essentially, equal and the same. It's something I disagree with most people about. But perhaps that will change one day. Maybe.

To wrap things up: I love my cursor. It is a pink dragon that sparkles.
