- Mace is a beautiful woman, despite her chosen profession. She has lovely thick curly teal green hair, which she keeps short to better keep out of her sight and keep her cool. She also has a pair of deep dazzling amethyst collard eyes and pail as porcelain skin.
She stands about five foot six inches high from the ground. Her body can be best described as well toned, and very curvaceous. But, she tends to cover this away with rather unflattering clothing. Or at least, unflattering in others eyes. She tends to wear a simple outfit. A long sleeved button up shirt, a pair of black pantaloons, paired with a pair of thick well made leather boots. Her boots, are usually high healed, giving her an added centimeter or so in height, and reach up over her knees protectively. and of coarse, wrapped around her thin waist is a leather belt, from which hangs one of her favorite swords.

- Mace is a rather laid back, down to earth type of girl. Who loves to drink, sing, play practical jokes, and sleep. She loves nothing more then a well placed joke, and a good party. However, do to her playful nature, she is often the victim of boredom. And if there is one thing she hates, it's being bored. You can often find her pacing the sanctuary, when there is nothing better to do. She's also quite the flirt. After all, she has been guarding this temple for how long now? All by herself... Any fellow, who goes in the temple, often falls prey to her flirtatious ways. Whether it be a simple wink, or kiss on the cheek. She is also quite sarcastic, especially when angered.
Do to her playful nature most people misdiagnose her as being uncaring. Which is the direct opposite of what she is. She takes her job very seriously, and protects those that she loves without hesitation. She is very brave, and will face down just about any danger.. Even at the cost of her life. Also because she is a serial flirt, people often judge her as some sort of whore or person who would easily be romanced. This is not the case. In fact, it is quite hard to romance her, and she has yet to give away her virginity to any man. She closely guards her heart, and is a tad bit on the naive side when it comes to romance.
She does however, have one hell of a temper and it's unfortunately easily triggered. Her punishment for awakening her wrath varies from situation to situation. For example: If you insult her family, she will drug you strip you of your clothing and send you out into a city completely naked. Now who's stupid? If you enter the sanctuary to harm her Macha, she will kill you. No ifs, and or buts about it. Or at the very least, horribly maim you. If you do something as simple as accidentally trip her, her punishment is to do the same to you when you least expect it. And so on, and so on. It is for the best, that you don't anger her.
Other then that, she is a excellent ally, and good friend. She is kind, faithful, and strong.
█ ▌██ xxxxxxa sense of nostalgia
- Miss Liliane Mace, or Mace as she prefers to be called. Was born like any other. on the first of March to a simple weapons smith and his wife the last of four boys ahead of her. The young couple were quite surprised that they were gifted a daughter, but loved her nonetheless. This little girl soon grew, and early on it was quite obvious that she was to become quite a beauty. After all, she inherited her fathers lovely eyes, and her mothers simple beauty. And so, her father began to teach her how to handle a weapon, so that she may defend herself if she ever found herself in danger. Surprisingly, the young beauty took to the sword very quickly.. In fact, she became much faster then her brothers, and proved to be quite skilled with a blade.
Growing up in a simple village, she was quite the tomboy. She loved to wrestle with her brothers, play games, and get dirty. In fact, no matter how hard her mother tried to dress her, and teach her how to be like a lady she acted the direct opposite. Mace would usually throw off the dress, and be found later on wearing a pair of pantaloons and shirt, spitting on the ground much like her brothers would. it seemed that her soul was switched with her elder brothers, who was the more effeminate and gentle sort of man. However, do to her precriouse somewhat boyish nature Mace was often teased. And often found herself getting into fights. She would often come home baring a broken lip, and bruised arms.. But you should have seen those who dared to tease her! They came home, with much more then that!
It wasn't until tragedy struck, that Mace took being a lady like her mother seriously. When she turned thirteen, her eldest brother mysteriously died of a sickness. The sickness quickly spread through her family, causing another one of her brothers to blind, another had a permanent limp, and the third had gone deaf in one ear. to comfort her heart broken mother, she began to don the occasional dress, and listen to her teachings. This act of kindness, worked greatly, for the poor woman and the two became incredibly close. However, these newly adopted lady like ways would soon end When Mace turned fifteen. When her father and mother were approached by their king, telling them that one of their sons was meant to be the next guardian of the Macha. however.. One son was blind, and already married and had children. The other had a limp and a fiancee.. do to his limp, he would not have made a good guardian.. And the third son, was deaf in one ear.. He could have been the next protector, if he was not already sworn to be a priest! So, the duty fell to Mace.
Mace quickly adapted to this duty in place of her brothers, and left her home for the sanctuary. Now as a young woman, she patrols the halls of the sanctuary well.. Never letting down her guard, not even for a moment..
█ ▌██ xxxxxxthe ties that bind
Family
Father and mother: Still alive and well.

Brother 2: Married, with wife and children
Brother 3: Engaged to be married, in training to take his fathers place as a weapons smith.
Brother 4: A fully trained priest.
She gets along well with all of her family, and still remains to this day in close contact with them vai letters.
Friends
Well do to her past, she doesn't have any 'real' friends. And those who she used to call her friends, soon forgot about her once she went to the sanctuary.
█ ▌██ xxxxxxstriking the achilles heel
- There is very little in this world that causes 'Mace' to shudder in fear. One of them is deep pools of water(Such as oceans, rivers..), for she nearly drowned once. The other fear she hides away is the fear of losing someone she loves. She quite a protective soul, but when she is away from said person she wishes to protect she can't help but to worry..
As a human, she has many weaknesses unfortunately. But the two that stand out the most? Well.. I suppose you could say that she has no magic would be one. And the other, would be that she is prone to throw herself in defence of her Macha.. No matter the danger to herself..
█ ▌██ xxxxxxtime to shine
- Mace, much like her father is a weapons expert. There is no weapon on this earth that she can not create or repair. There is a limit to what weapons she can carry however, do to her lack of upper body strength. Mace is also known for her speed. Do to her small stature, she is quite quick, and very cunning. However, her punches aren't as strong as they should be..
