Me, Myself, and I
Me writeing anything, I might just one day just write something crazy
Walk in the park
I walked down the road, thinking of how things used to be. Things weren't so depressing and were alot funner. I looked down the road, not being able to see all the way to the end, and at the buildings to my left and right. Both sides had apartments and trailer parks. I pondered how I used to think this place was magical and why I thought this place was so big to me.
The truth was that I was ignorant, plain and simple. I didn't see a broken down little neiborhood. All I saw was were my freinds lived and were I had fun. But, on the inside, I wished it was was back then again.
I wished I was a kid and I didn't miss her, anyone else for that matter, but that didn't matter anymore.
I looked back, I couldn't see the beginning of the road and could hardly see the end. I looked left and right to see the lots where busses and trucks were parked. I had steped out for a walk that day to see something beutifle, so I turned around and walked down the other side of the road. I passed by empty lots and obscure muslim type churches.
It wasn't hot, not cold either; The air was average with light breeze.
I looked down the street at the small housed that streaked down the side walkes with front lawns and Easter decorations, but what I was looking at the most was the park with the open feild and the play ground and the swings.
As I reached the corner where I was going to cross acouple of kids scamperd from around a parked car and I waved and smiled; they of cource looked uncomfortable and scampered back around the corner. I didn't let it bother me though.
I crossed at the corner and walked down the sidewalk. I looked at the swings, thinking about just swinging on them for amoment. I walked by the fence, in the grass, to avoid a lady and her kid. I walked behind a sign, a sign as to this day I have neglected to read, and around the fence into the park. I walked across the balance beam and stood infront of the swing for a second looking at how low it was.
I sat down on it and was pleasently surprised at how it was rather confortable. I pushed as far as I could, which was standing and lifted my legs. I swung forward, putting my legs then pulled my legs in at the climax of my swing and then put them out again at the climax of my back swing. I swung for about five minutes then started off home, dismounting the sming by simply standing up.
I had a remotely nice day
