Die once,
Die twice,
Evil will never do.
Shadows lengthen,
The raven cries
And the buzzard circles.
The wind howls,
The branches creak.
Steel clangs,
Violence speak.
Thunder roars,
Lightning strikes.
And thus begins
Another stormy day of war.

Fallen tears,
Shattered dreams,
Such is life.
Its time is short,
Yet causes so much pain and sorrow.
One last ride,
One last battle,
Before time claims us
Like it did before.
Farewell we say to temporary brothers,
Farewell we say, forever more.
