Hero's Family and Parentage
The Hero's family is actually...Reno en Crudes and Flair!! *gasps* I guess that makes the Hero the prince of Obel. The reason why the Hero was separated from his family was when his mom used the Rune of Punishment on the pirates attacking Obel, he got lost at sea. And also, the night before the final dungeon and the last battle, if ou talke to Reno/Lino, he tells the Hero clues about his parentage. I find it so awesome that Flair and Hero are brother and sister!!! ^_^ I'm not so sure yet when Reno finds out that the Hero is actually his son. And also, I know that the Hero is at least 15. Reno said he lost his wife and his infant son 15 years ago. That should say a lot. Anyway, I'm going to put a spoiler about the Hero's family that appeared in the Suikosource forums.

It's never said straight out, but Hero is Lino's son, hence Flair's younger brother. Because he was so young when he was lost at sea, he wouldn't remember his name or his family; and Lino hasn't seen him since he was an infant, so it's likely he simply didn't recognize him.
To be honest, that irked me about this game... their relationship was never brought to light. It is, however, strongly implied.

Glen doesn't really have a family. Well, I have heard some rumors that Katrina is the daughter of Glen but he doesn't know it. What's sad is that Glen never find out that Katrina is his biological daughter...Katrina revelas that she is the daughter of Glen in the confession room.
Kevin is Pam's husband.
Loiuse is Nareo's mother. O_o Dario isn't Nareo's real father.
Gary and Ema are married and they're the descendants of Maximillian and Fred.
Helmuth is Colton's son.
Rikie and Rakghi are mother and son. Rikie's husband died from the Rune of Punishment.
Lilin, Lilen, Lilon, Lilun, and Liloon are sisters. (Damn, it's like Mose, Meese, Maace, Mace...)
Mao and Nao are twin brothers. (Obviously...)
Rachel is the ancestor of Camille.
Eleanor is of course an ancestor of the Silverburg family. Duh!! Anyone could have known that!!!
Shiramine and Ugetsu are brothers (kind of like Yam Koo and Tai Ho).
