Valley of the Fairies
In the valley of emerald green
Lies a hidden place
A place, to man, that’s rarely seen
Hidden with no trace
Between each tiny blade of grass
Dwells a tiny being
Each with beauty which would surpass
That of any human thing
In the spring they flutter and fly
To each flowering bud
They raise each petal to the sky
And shower them with love
The roses to the blossoming lily
Are nurtured with care
Each seed is planted lovingly
And watched throughout the year
With gentle hands and warms hearts
In the spring each bud blooms
These delightful sights banish dark
And keep the valley from gloom
With butterfly wings and angels’ smiles
They protect the plants and trees
Each sight here is of splendid style
