Lyrases stopped in midair. A chill swept down his spine. He could feel himself getting colder and colder despite his angellic nature. What's happening to me? He asked himself. Training was never like this. It was never this extreme. Lyrases, however arrogant he may have acted, was tolerated by the Grigori community because of his supernatural abilities. It was prophesized that he would be the one that found the Eight Chosen that would bring the Grigori back to Paradise. One of the powers he had was a way of sensing the Eight when they were near or when their powers were beginning to activate. He could also locate lost gems, he had a store of a rare magic that wasn't given to the Grigori since before they had been hunted by their brethren Cruxis. The Eight had minor powers without their gems. They could sense each other better than Lyrases could and have small control over their chosen elements.
Natael looked to her left. The snow was falling slowly and that trouble some child grigori Callum was trying to lick up the snow with his tongue. Looking his way she flashed a warning glance at him. On her right was supposed to be Lyrases. When she didn't see him Nataels looked behind herself. "What's going on?" She asked in her business only voice. She wasn't always business-like. It was a habit for her since she was always in command of things. She was second in command of all the Grigori and organized the Grigori Camp's affairs. It was she that had made pacts with the surrounding animals while the First In Command was off sleeping in both senses of the word. She had grown a dislike of men from that time on and the two she was in contact with didn't seem to prove to her that males were good. She had a stubborn brat that was angry with the world on one side and a childish smaller brat that got into everything on the other. Natael rushed over to her comrade in case something was the matter. "I've just come into contact with the aura of an Eight," Lyrases barely let out. He was sweating bullets and his lips were going blue. "He's very close to us. We need to get him before....y'know," "Yes, I do. We both do." Natael reached up and into her hair. It was styled into a bun with what looked like hundreds on bobby pins hoding it together. She pulled out a small light blue one and handed it to Lyrases. "Here, this should take away the sickness. Could you also keep away from Callum with the knowledge of.....you know." She asked him. "Of course. We'll tell him when he needs to know." Lyrases replied after taking the pin and attaching it to his own locks. After a second the pins magic began to work and Lyrases's lips were back to their normal color. "Let's go and get to that Eight member now. Callum! We're leaving!" "What?! I haven't even caught as many as 57 yet!" Callum shrieked. "We are leaving now, young man now start flapping or you'll be limping!" Natael ordered. With that said she also pulled Lyrases with her to the front of the line. Faster and flew the flew north.
