It does make me think of the Water Spout from zOMG!. However, because you say that it's called water spout and that it looks like it, it shows you entered the wrong arena. It's a cosplay technically, and this is the original arena.
Normally I would downgrade for the arena submission misjudgement, but I do think your avatar isn't fully cosplaying the spout, and only reminds users of it 3nodding 5/5 it's very nice. - Report As Spam
