• As the night moved on Raven wandered the halls of the old dusty mansion. Never before had she seen so many cobwebs and covered broken mirrors. Some of the people in town said that they saw a moving truck pull out of the drive way in the middle of the night.
Only, they never saw anyone come out of the house during the day.
Raven had decided to go to the mansion and find out who or what moved in last week. The only things she knew where:
    1. Two people moved in.
    2. They had mirrors, but didn't like them.
    3. Not a soul was ever seen.
She went into the front room and looked at the grand staircase. She heard a creak coming from upstairs, so she went up to find out what it was. It got louder. Was whatever it is coming torward her or away?
She climbed to the top of the stairs and saw a ladder at the end of the hall. It led to the attic. Curiosity striking, she crept to it, as silent as her black cat Mist. She stepped on the ladder and pulled herself all the way up.
The attic door was shut, but not locked. Had the being who went up here seen her and was waiting to grab her as soon as the attic was opened? Raven was willing to have that risk taken.
She pushed on the door and it opened silently. She pulled herself up into the room. Nothing...
There was another door with a small crack in it. She slowly walked over to it, looked in and pulled it open.
In the closet lay one item: A coffin.
She opened it and looked to see if a dead body was in the creepy box. There was nothing inside of it. Isn't it suppose to be the girl finds the coffin, opens it and finds a person lying there eyes open and smiling at her? Raven thought as she stood up.
"Thought there would be a body, did you?" a voice asked from behind her. " Well, it's only for decoration. I sleep in the master bedroom."
She froze. Caught in the act? Never before had that happen.
So she answered, " Yes I did think that. How did you know I was here? And who are you?" She questioned the figure, too affraid to look for herself.
A laugh. " I'm the one who lives here. Leon Nightsaber. And you are?"
"I'm Raven Collins. Nice to meet you Leon. I guess I'll be going now and your house won't have a word said about from me. Promise." She said as she turned around. Raven started to walk back to the ladder, when his hand caught her wrist.
" Won't you stay? We haven't had any vistitors all week. You may have snuck in here but that is ok. You really are a smart girl...I had been in the kitchen getting a drink when I heard the closet door open. It creaks you know. Didn't you hear it?" He was saying.
"Ok," Raven started. " I'll stay for alittle as long as you answer these questions. One, are you a vampire? Two If your not then why aren't you seen at day?"
    A pause.
" I am a vampire. But I dont like the taste of humans. It's..... Strange. But, I can go out during the day."
    She was confused.
"The type I am is from Florida. We moved because there was a huge population and none of us were accepted. My sister, Luna is a huge real blood sucking, night living, bat phasing, vampire fan."
"Well, thats cool. I've always wanted to be a vampire."
Then they heard the footsteps coming from below.
"Leon, are you up there? I heard voices."
    "Thats Luna my sister."

"Thanks for all that. I'll visit again."
