• It was like any other night, except that it was Halloween. pirate There were kids swarming the blocks, some in princess costumes, some in boyish ones, and some not even trick-or-treating, like me. burning_eyes My mother and I were walking down the dark street, lit up by the glowing light of the street lamps. There was silence between us, as usual, but I had a lot going on in my head. My birthday was coming next week, and I had just suffered 3 long weeks. Those 3 long weeks were from the painful thoughts I had during those days. Before those 3 long weeks, I was like any other happy person, jumping around and all. cool Everything was fine, except for my computer. For some weird reason, it didn't work. And I needed it was projects, and everything. But my mother hated talking about that subject. I figured that if I mentioned it now, she would answer my questions.
" When is your friend coming?" I asked, hoping for an answer.
" Who are you talking about?" she answered.
" You know, the guy who's fixing the cpu," I said nervously.
"He doesn't have the heart to do anything for us anymore," she said.
" WHAT?!?!?!?!?!? HE PROMISED MEEE!!!!!!!!!!!" I shouted.
" Are you THAT desperate to get that computer fixed?"she said coldly.
" You obviously don't know why I need it,"I said, and glared at her.
Silence. More Silence. I stomped my way back home, fighting back tears. After 3 weeks of suffering from the teachers and work, it was all a LIE!! I couldn't believe that he lied to me...... Now I know that I will NEVER trust him, because I knew that this particular person I'm talking about has a greedy wife, and I KNOW by heart now that she is probably mad at something and told him to not do anything for me.. sad xp confused cry cry cry
