2012. Meteor hits. End of humanity. Right?
Nope. About 50 people survived. They crawled themselves out of the dirt and rebuilt. They never gave in. The result in 2017 was a small sanctuary with 220 people. By 2030 the sanctuary was a small city with 5,500 people.
