• I'm not suprised about where I ended up in my life. Living in an abandoned church. Don't ask me where my parents are. My mom's dead and my dad is gonna be dead pretty soon. I don't have any friends. I only had one friend in my life and I killed him. Don't ask me how I ended up here, because I'm about to tell you...

I never met my dad. I've always lived with my mother, ever since I was a kid. My mother was not very well, in the head y'know. She... she was a little crazy. But, she loved me like nothing else in the world mattered, because to her, I was the only thing that mattered.

We were not very rich. My mom worked as a hotel maid at a local hotel. She didn't get paid much, but she got paid enough to take care of me. When I was ten years old, she told me about my father. She said that he would beat her like crazy all the time. And when he found out she was pregnant with me, he broke her jaw and left her.

I looked nothing like my mother. She had a very pointy chin, her nose was big, and her eyes were more blue than any sky that I've ever seen. I was nothing like her. My chin was round like a perfect circle, and my nose was kinda funny becasue it flipped upward at the tip, and my eyes were a bright green. My mom says I look just like my dad, not like I'm very proud of that. I hate how I look, I hate looking in the mirror and seeing my father. I don't wanna look like the person who made my mom crazy.

My mom didn't tell it to my face, but I could tell that I was a mistake. If my mom had the money, I woud probably be an abortion. But, my mom kept me because I was all she had. She didn't have any family or any friends. We didn't go out much. Just to get food and that kind of stuff, but we never went places or went on vacations or anything like that.

I went to a school called Tree Grove Jr. High. I didn't talk to people there, I didn't want any friends. I didn't like anyone at that school, until I met Benny. I liked Benny because he was like me. He was confused. His mom was killed in a car accident and he was left with his alchoholic father. We were good friends for 3 years and then somthing changed about him. He became less social and more angry toward me. He said his father keeps yelling at him and leaving the house to drink.

We were walking home one day, when we saw Benny's cat. He said it was his cat and told me it was named Dirt because it was grey. I told him that dirt wasn't grey. He laughed. He said he named it Dirt because that was all it was to him. Then, he picked up the cat's back feet and made it walk on its front paws. Now, I have never had any pets, but I have seen some on my way to school. They seemed like harmless creatures and I knew for sure that Dirt deserved better.

So, I decided to get rid of Benny. He was confused and he would only get worse if I didn't stop him now. I decided to kill my best friend. I felt that would be helping him and Dirt, if I did this. So I came over to his house, his dad was out drinking all night and I knew this time was perfect. I suggested that we should get some of his dad's beer and drink to our hearts content. Of course, Benny was all for it and he drank more beer than I could imagine. Good thing I only drank a few beers and I was still aware of what I was doing. I took Benny out to his living room and set him on the couch. On our way out, Benny kicked Dirt to the wall. At this point, I lost all my remorse for Benny and I decided I would enjoy getting rid of him.

I set him on the couch while I went to get my wepon of choice. He was wobbly and dizzy and just a huge mess. He had no idea. I wanted to be quick about it. So, I grabbed the sharpest knife in his kitchen and ran it across his throat. Benny's eyes widened with fear as he fell off the couch and onto the floor. And as I stared at him, I looked back at Dirt, and I knew that Benny had to learn his lesson. I grabbed Benny's legs and lifted them off the ground, forcing Benny to stand on his hands. He trembled as the blood drained from his throat. I flipped him over to see his face.

His eyes were glazed over and his face was as pale as the moon. I don't know how long I sat there. But, after about a half-hour, I heard his dad coming up the driveway. I took the knife and Dirt and climbed out the window.

When I came home, my mother saw me covered in blood. She saw the knife and the cat. She screamed, "Oh God! What have you done?".
The, she grabbed her gun from her purse and blew her brains out. I watched my mother die. And that is that last thing a kid would want to see happen to his mother.

I took Dirt and left. I ran far away into the darkness until I came upon a abandoned church.

My name is Jeremy Winsgrow and I want to find my father. I will never stop looking until I find him and kill him.
