• we(mason and i) headed to where a little group was formed with josh, ray, and tom.
    "IS THAT ALL?"josh yelled
    "no"devonn started to walk up.damn, did she look pretty..."i wanna go."
    we all walked along the street.it was pretty hot, you could see the heat in the distance.you know what a kids we used to think was water.we passed bulidings that seemed to be broken into.they went from smashed windows to cars going through walls to explosions.however, no matter how brutaly they broke in, it felt good knowing we wern't the only people out there.even if they had this type of capability, to bomb a place, it felt good knowing that we weren't the only ones still out there.
    we came to an intersection.where there were 3 new roads formed.
    "ok we need someone to protect devonn."josh said.
    "i'm pretty capable of protecting myself!"devonn said firmly.
    there was a silence,lasting what seemed like 4 minutes.
    "i guess i will."i said
    "ok"josh said"ray will come with me; mason and tom you'll be together.when your done with what your doing or if anyones hurt, go back to the cars."
    josh walked straight off onto the road with ray.mason and tom went right.me and devonn took a left.
    we walked a little while along the road, when devonn pulled me into a house.
    "where are we going???"i asked.
    "i know you like me."devonn said stopping"am i right?"
    "um....uh...."i couldn't stare into her eyes.her beautiful eyes that now seemed peircing into my skin.my words started to slur when she looked at me that way.it was like she controlled my mind.
    "am i?"she said again.
    i couldn't hold back any longer"yes."i stared back at her.
    "i do too."she said.
    thats when the best thing happened.we both kissed.after that, everything seemed fine.i totaly forgot about what had happened to everyone.we kissed again.then again.then again.we looked at each other for a while. we started to walk back, holding hands.we didn't even bother looking for anything else.
