    lost in lyrics,
    yet so down to earth.
    he wasn't much,a simple boy.
living for one purpose, although he himself didn't know it.

    he was smart,yet stupid.
he tried, but only at what he wanted or needed
he had all he needed, and wanted nothing.
he had also failed to accomplish almost anything in his life.

but still he failed to relize his purpose.

it came clear to him though, all on one cold day.

night...night...the discpicable feeling something terrible was to happen,
and the cold air thick air only added to the ominous night.
    i watched from my house.

i knew him little, but he seemed
    really intrested in me.
i guess it was because he loved music.
i myself play piano, violin, and have played other various instuments.

but his intrest vanished as did he,
    on that very ominous night.

ipod in pocket, headphones tucked in his ears, and
note in his hand he stoped.
right in front of my window,
he stood in the middle of the street.

i watched him but all he did was stand there.

    everything played out in slowmotion.
    headlights,shone on his face.
    i ran towards him screaming.
i stoped two inches from the car,to late.
i fell to my knees his blood covered me.

    nightmares...nightmares
    of terrible things.
the image of the car hitting him played.
over and over in my head,as i thought.
"i could have saved him,but...i was to slow!"

i woke pillow drenchened in tears,
a note and an ipod lie on my desk.

a month later,an astonishing new symphony came out,
    written by a young girl.
they called her the next bethoven.
    a musical genius,
but i knew i didn't deserve their praise.
    it was his accomplishement.

    i arrived at his fueneral.
ipod in pocket, headphones tucked in ears.
    holding flowers.
as his song ended on the ipod.
only to be replaced by his voice.

    "you deserve to be big."
