• "Kati, WAIT!!!" I screamed. I was flying down the stairs, jumping every other one. It was a long way down the stairs. There's, like, twenty stairs. Well anyway, "Kati, come ON!!! Just STOP!!! I'm your SISTER!!! PLEASE STOP!!!" I was shutting my eyes. I was afraid I was falling down. I may have not, but it sure felt like it. I was scared to check. But did I? Yeah! So I opened my eyes. My feet were practically moving by themselves. They were jumping every other FOUR stairs now! Actually, I was almost flying. Only because my biggest toe very lightly touched the step.

I was finally done flying. Almost. When I DID land, I landed with a loud BANG! I had broken my best flower vase. And guess what? Kati took her flip-flops off and was running where I had broken the vase! I wanted to save her feet, but I ALSO wanted to save my whole body from getting cut! But I risked it. "KATI, NOOOOO!!!" I acidentally screamed while I leaped as far as I could. Good thing I was almost a centimeter away from the glass. Kati bumped into my head, making my head flop onto the glass! I was SO glad that all the glass was flat!

"Kati, get your shoes on." I said. "Nuh-uh. Lulu and I wanna play in the kitchen!" Kati crossed her arms, her doll still in hand. "Please rename her. That name sounds ridiculous." I lied. "Ok, she's Nikki then." Kati childishly smirked. "Why not Nicolette? We ARE French, you know. Her nickname could be Nikki!" I said, patting Kati's hair. "Oh, fine. But where is French?" Kati asked. "You mean France, right?" I asked, looking down at Kati. "Yeah. France. Where is it?" Kati said, giggling. "It's... well... I don't know by heart. I'll have to look at a map." I said, scratching my head. "A MAP?!? I love those things!" Kati said, tugging on my shirt and sticking her tongue out like a dog. "Oh, please. Have you even seen one?" I grinned. "YEAH!" Kati stamped her foot. And with that, she grabbed her doll, got her flip-flops on and headed out the door.

"Hi mommy, hi daddy." Kati said to mom and dad, hiding her doll. "Hi sweetie, whatcha hiding behind your back?" Mom asked, grinning and kissing Kati on the cheek. "Yeah, it looks suspicious. Like, in the kid way." Dad smiled, hugging Kati. "Supicous? What's that?" Kati asked. "Suspicious, you mean. It's like being aware of something." Mom hugged Kati as well, still grinning. That's when I ran to mom and dad. "Mom, dad!" I said. "Hi, honey!" Mom and dad said together. "Whatcha doin'? I missed you guys!" I shouted happily.

Now, mom and dad kind of look like Kati and me. Mom has chocolate brown eyes, a turned up nose, auburn hair, and a tall, thin, tanned frame. Dad has light brown eyes, a turned up nose, brown-blonde hair, and a tall, thin, pale frame.

I looked at the doll. I could've sworn it winked at me. "I missed you too, sweetie. Dad did too. And your cat especially missed you." Mom slightly bent down to get to my height. Her eyes twinkled. "Cat? I don't have a cat!" I said. "I know. You have a kitten!" Mom said. And right when she said it, it looked like the doll's mouth turned up into a cruel smile.
