• Luna opened her eyes, the setting sun giving her a headache. She sat up and looked around. Flowers and get well baskets covered the entire room. She was hooked up to one of those heart monitors. Luna saw her mother on the couch, asleep. ' She must have been there all day,' Luna thought. A knock on Luna's door made her jump. Luna saw Arthur poke his head in, then he came in the room, his back towards Luna.
    "Arthur?" He stiffened.
    "Yeah?"
"I met your brother earlier. Well, not exactly met, more like heard. He sounds a lot like you." Luna saw Arthur move out of the corner of her eye.
"Yeah, we get that a lot. People say we should be twins."
"Yeah, you sound alike, but I'm not sure about looks." Luna looked at Arthur and gasped. His clothes were splattered in blood. He sat on the bed next to her.
"Luna, I'm really sorry about this." He touched his finger to her forehead. Luna screamed as electricity coursed through her body, and she fell into darkness.

Luna opened her eyes. The first thing she saw was the ropes across her waist. Luna tried moving, but her hands and feet were tied to the chair she was sitting on. Luna looked around the room, hoping to find something to get her out of this mess. The room was a light sky blue with red carpeting. A door led to outside, and a pair of doors were next to the other door. Luna heard a creak and whipped her head around. A man walked into the room, trying to stay out of Luna's reach.
"Who are you? What do you want?" Luna asked, trying to wiggle out of her ropes. The man looked at her. Luna gasped. It was Arthur, but he looked different. His hair was long and down to his wrists. His eyes had changed from blue to purple in one eye and blue in the other.
"Luna, I'm sorry about having to knock you out like that, but you wouldn't have come with me if you were conscious."
"Why wouldn't I have come with you? That hurt, you know, when you knocked me out. Arthur, what's wrong? Why go through all this just to take me somewhere? What's going on?"
"You wouldn't believe me if I told you." Luna wiggled, still trying to get out of the ropes.
"Can you at least untie me? This hurts." Arthur looked torn, like he wanted to help her, but couldn't. The door opened again, and someone that looked like Arthur walked in. He looked no older than Arthur, he had long silver-white hair, one eye was red and the other was half green and the other half was red.
"We can't untie you yet. We need to understand what you can do and what your lives have done to you."
"What are you talking about? What lives? I can't do anything special, and anyway, who are you?!" The man smiled.
"You've met me before. I'm Jason."
"What?! But you're a kid!" Arthur tried hard to suppress a laugh and failed horribly. His laughter rang through the room.
"Hahaha, that's good, a kid! Hahaha!"
"Arthur, shut up!" Jason said, trying to calm himself down.
"What, you're not a kid?" Luna asked, confused.
"No, we just made ourselves look like this so you wouldn't be as scared."
"Oh." Luna looked down, wondering what was going on. She noticed a cross necklace around her neck.
"I see you found that necklace. Can you tell us what it does?"
"I don't know, I've never seen it before in my life."
"Would it be alright if we took it and examined it?"
"Yeah." Arthur went and lifted the chain from around her neck. He turned around and gave it to Jason. Jason gasped. Arthur turned around. Luna had gone limp.
