The darkness.
It is a lonely misfit.
It is a horrid killer.
It is a loving friend.

It is always there.
When no one else is.
There to gently embrace you.
There to wipe away your tears.

Your only friend.
When no one sees you.

I am the darkness.
I'm there to sooth you pain.
There when you need me.

I see past the fake smiles.
And i see the true pain.
I see the uncryed tears.
I see the smile wanting to be shown.

I'm here because i know.
I know how you feel.
I've been through the pain.
I know how it feels to have no one.

I know you need me.
Even if you don't know me.
I may be a stranger.
But i know more about you then the others.

I am your true friend.
I am the darkness.

You have a few grammar an spelling mistakes. You probably put it under poetry and lyrics, but it is up in the fiction. Maybe try resubmitting it because some people have a tantrum when it is in the wrong category. It is really good and deep, and very different from most poems. I enjoyed it.
