• Flamma,its strength,its power.Is beyond belief,and so is the chaos it brings.
Those who weild it often react much like it:violent and wild. Many can ignore the urge to change, but most lose self-control....

The villiage was quiet, and the night dark.Though no one slept;no one dared sleep.Even my family was up,with me,staring at the door.My sister was hidden in the basement, and under no circumstances was she allowed out.Not until the night was over. Not until the sacrifice was chosen.

My mother begged for me to stay under ground, where the earth would nuetralize my flamma.I couldn't leave her though.I couldn't leave and never now if she was gone or not.Anyways, there was no way i'de get taken my flamma wasn't strong enough.

We stare at the door for what seemed to be another hour, but nothing.Looking around the room;I took in my surroundings.I was prepared for the worse, but still feared the possibilties.Looking back at the door light shown from under the door.Footsteps suffled c;oser to my house.I grabbed the blade, leaning against the wall.It weighed heavy on my hand.I tightened my grip as I could see their feet. There was a knock on the door,I didn't dare answer. My grip tightened, and my anger rose.I caught my mothers eye and held back myrage,"Now is not the time to lose control." I thought to myself, but my thoughts were broken by a soft whisper,"Two flamma"
"How many live here?" The question hit hard on my heart. They weren't looking for a sacrifice. They were looking for rouges, escaped prisoners,or even aquas.
The soldier said his last word, before breaking in the door,"Three."

I lunged for the door, blade prepared to cut flesh. My mom reached out to grab me,but the immobility of her legs kept her from going far;even with the help from the wheel chair. She looked away, and I stared forward as the door bust open.I swung...."Clang!" my blade hit against metal and stuck.I stoped almost paralyzed from the fear and releif in the air.I looked out the door and saw faces staring out windows;happy it wasn't them.I quickly regained mt stance and was immediatly forced onto the ground as the door slammed all the way open.My mom's eyes were wild as she tried to find a way to help as ten soldiers rushed in.I was immediatley pinned down by what seemed like four hundred pounds. My mom was forced onto the ground by another soldier, and her wheel chair was flung across the room.It ended up flying out the window;forcing glass into my legs.I tried to scream out in pain for help, but nothing but a muffled moan left my mouth. The soldiers stormed throught the house and headed for the stairs.

My rage grew, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't break free.I heard a scream from the basement, and my heart once again shook from anger and sorrow. Each second brought another beat forcing more agony on my soul. Then I saw her.Rain was brought out the basement. She was carried by her arms, and the fear shown in her crying blue eyes.I clenched my fist tightly around the hilt of the sword,"One day....she was just one day away.we could have saved her...I could have saved her.WHY?" The hilt began to break from the tension of my grip.I could feel the bones in my fingers crunching from the pressure.I closed my eyes took a deep breathe, and I....I lost.

"WHY!!?" I screamed into the silence.I shook violently:forcing the spikes in the soldiers armor to jab deep into my skin.I lept up forcing the soldier off me.His body fell with a thud.I quickly swept my blade at one of Rain's captors. It hit him dead in the chest;causing him to fall back onto the ground. The soldier looked dumbstruck as I turned and gripped his face tightly. He stare wide eyed as I activated my flamma. In seconds his whole head was lit aflame.

Then the fire fight began. He let go off rain and began to grab at his face;trying to put the flames out.I grabbed rain and flung her onto my back.I looked back at my mom,and she nodded.I ran out the door;not wanting to stick around for the fight.I turned and ran for the wall;the only way in or out the villiage.
It took only a minute to reach the wall.At the time guards were scrambling to close the gate.I looked back at the little girl on my back;staring intently at the gate,"Rain now!" I yelled She broke her gase and looked confused for a moment;then nodded. She closed her eyes,as I spead toward the now closed gate.I began to think off hesitating, but continued head-on at the gate. The moment we were just inches away from the hard metal she activated her aqua.We both materialized into water and zoomed threw the gate.

It was quick and felt as if nothing was there to begin with, but in a moment it left.Rain fainted and her head fell gently against my back.My stomache churned from the experience, but I kept goin.If I stopped we'd be caught, and if we were caught there would be no way to get her home.
