• Chapter one:
    Zon


    “Hurry Gold we need to fly higher. They’ve already Captured Zore and her dragon I am not letting you get captured to.” Here let me take you back about two weeks, my name is Zon I am an average 15yr old with no life, or so I thought. I had just got home from school, or as I call it “The Prison”, because it takes up all your whole life as a kid. So I see no reason to go except to get away from the chaos at home. Well any ways I open the door to the house and right away I get hit in the face with a ball. I collapse and my little brother, Soin, runs up, jumps on my stomach looks down and asks, “Are you o-tay?” he is three what do you expect? I pick him up and ask him where dad is and he says “he’s at work and ma’s reading again” ,so I put him down ,go up to my ma and ask “Can I go out today?” and she looks at me, laughs at me and continues reading. I wanted to get out and have a life, but I can’t because of what I look like, I have bright red hair like a flame in the night, a scare over my right eye, three triangles on my left hand, and at random times my eye color will change from blue to solid jet black. So I yelled fine I will just run away anywhere is better then this hell hole and I was out the door down the stairs when my sister grabbed my hair and said ,”When you come back I will kill you myself”, so I ran and ran and didn’t stop.

    Chapter two:
    The beginning of the end



    I am outside of town and I collapse and look up at the sky and say, “Its twilight the sky looks so sad like it feels all the pain and suffering of the long forgotten.” When all was calm I fall asleep. I wake, its morning the sun is so hot on my skin I feel my skin start to burn and I realize that there is a hand on my chest. I looked at the hand looked so soft and tiny I follow the hand up the arm to the head and I see that she has long hot pink hair, a slim figure, wearing a tight, red shirt, and tight, purple genes. I look at her and she is asleep and I try to move her hand from my chest and she wakes up. She gets up and looks at me and says sorry about that I didn’t want to wake you up and I sort of fell asleep on you. And wile she rambles on and on and on I think who is she when she goes from a sorry cute face to a mean, serious and yet still cute face and says you must come with me grabs my hand and pulls me to a pile of rocks and says something that I didn’t catch then out of nowhere the pile of rocks shined and turned in to a mighty gold dragon it looked at me and said, ”Finally you come back to me Zon I have wanted a hundred years for you to come back you really took your time did you forget about me wile you were in the world of the living?” I replied with a wow and pasted out I come to with the dragon above me and I say, “So what is your name dragon?” and he replies with a mighty roar and says, “My name human is Gold and you have forgotten about me haven’t you, you are pathetic some mighty dragon rider you are.” I yell back, “I am not pathetic if I was a dragon rider then how would I forget my own dragon?” Gold roars and yells, “You are not just a human you are a dragon rider and not just any dragon rider you are the first dragon rider and I was the first dragon to become a dragon riders you don’t remember me because you stayed in the world of the living to long once again.” He turns to the girl that was just enjoying the show and says, “Zore we must take him to his father.” When Zore gets up she runs up to me and says, “Get on your dragon and hold on tight,” then she disappears and comes back with a pink dragon and yells, “To the skys.” I get on gold’s back and he shot striate up in to the sky I almost fall. Then he levels out and the feeling of flying is unbelievable, it is like you just walk off a cliff and you don’t fall down but up and up the wind in my hair and the feeling of the clouds when I run my fingers thru them. It’s like haven then I see it the wall that I crossed when I left town and I see my body and I realize that I have died. The feeling hits me like a rock in the back of the head the pain in my heart is so unbelievable then all of a sudden gold says, “That’s not my body that’s my gegi and that it will disappear soon.” I almost fall off of Gold when we landed. I jump off gold and when I hit the ground my legs buckle under me I had just realized that my inside of my calves where bleeding and I pass out from loss of blood.



    Chapter three:
    The town of memories

    I wake up to Gold beside me and Zore starting a fire and I realize that the sky is black and it is night I get up and Gold looks at me and puts his head down. I walk over to Zore and ask why I can’t remember any thing and she said, “If one of us is in a gegi for too long we lose memory of our real lives and soon we… she stops and I see a tear role down her face and she says, “We die.” The rest of the trip is long and boring. I desied not to ask Zore any more questions and she stays quite and looks so sad and when she looks at me she seems to look thru me. We walked the rest of the way, we walked during the day and at night when I could not sleep I talked to gold and asked him about my past and about him. Finally we reach the town and Zore says we Gold and Rose cant come in that they have to stay outside of the town. We walked in to the town and all I see is shop after shop when I realize that Zore is missing, I start to look for her when I get hit in the head with something I turn to look and a man says welcome back old friend. I look at him and all at once my memory returns, I see me meting Gold, Zore, and Rose. Then see why I went in to the wall and everything that happened up to this point. I yell, “Vector you grew up so much, how did this happen, how long was I gone?” and Vector replies, “You were gone for over a hundred years and I thought you died you left to fined that dame crystal but then you just up and disappear and I thought you died.” And he then says, “By the way where is that wife of yours,” and then I remember Zore and I turn to look for her and she is right there in my face and out of nowhere she kisses me and I grab her and hold her in my arms and I was at peace when Vector yells, “look out!” and pushes us out of the way and all I see is a ball of fire fly past my head and instinctively I yell, “Co Dor Re Sa!” and a ball of light covers me, Zore and Vector.

    Chapter Four:
    The tower


    I wake up and find me, Zore, and Vector are in a tower court yard with Gold, Rose, and Vector’s dragon Shadow. We wake up and I realize I am in the ruined court yard of the old shadow castle where we made our safe haven I look around and think, “What happened to the castle.” Vector looks at me and says, “You know that was really stupid!” Zore just nods her head and I throw my hands in the air and yell, “Sorry I regain my memory to find you all big and find my wife to have blood shot eyes from crying for so long and out of nowhere I almost get hit with a blast of fire so tell me again why that was so stupid!” All Vector says in return is that I should of looked at where it was coming from before I used that spell and Zore just looks at me and nods. That night we searched the castle to find some weapons to use for the trip back to castle town was long and filled with danger. When I was looking I came across my old room and I found my armor that I wore when war broke out between the people I, Zore and Vector helped make peace. I tried it on and it lost some of its shine it used to shine as bright as the sun and was engraved with elven writing. Zore walked in when I had it on and asked, “Going to war are we?” then giggled and walked away. I just blushed and removed my armor I pack it up and take it with just in case. I finished my search and came down to the court yard to find gold flying around and Vector fixing some old swords and shields I drop my bag by a rock and ask where Zore is and right as I ask we hear her scream. We turn to find her hanging from a broken bridge and all I see is a flash of white and she is beside me and in front of me is my little brother Soin and a baby dragon.



    Chapter Five:
    The youngest rider

    I looked at Soin and all I can say is how. Zore looks at him and looks at me and asks, “Hey Zon do you know this kid?” I say, “Yeah I met him when I was in the world of the living and he was just a kid, I thought.” I just look at him and try to remember what or how he got here and I finally ask, “Soin how did you get here and how do you have snowflake?” he says, “I fallowed you here and I met snowflake when I started to fall from the wall I touched him and I felt a shock run thru my hand and up my arm and all that is there is this cool tattoo like thing.” He pulls up his sleeve and shows us and I think is snowflake picked him of all people, he is a mortal he will die but the only way a dragon to make a bond is with a immortal and I ask, “Hey Soin how old are you?” He replies, “I only 12 and you should not doubt my power I am stronger then even you brother and I should warn you that Kiore is back.” I look at my brother and all I my lips could say was what the hell how is he back and out of no ware a ball of fire shot at me and hit my arm I felt the fire burn my skin and crawl up my arm I look over and see Kiore and yell, “Si ath seith!” and a huge snake shot out of the ground and lunged at Kiore and he just hit it with his hand and it burst in flames and then he looked at me and said, “ So Rien was right you are back well you wont last this time you see I have mastered fire and I will win this war.” I look at him and say, “No you wont,” and then I say,” Commander of shadows I call on the lend me your power open the door to pull in his power!” then the shadow gate opened and shot out four chains one on each and on each ankle he and then a chain hit his chest and pulled his power in to the shadow world I say, “Now then Kiore will you be so nice as to talk to me?” and Kiore says, “ Yeah or I wont get my power back will I ?” and I just say no and he sits down by us and says, “Look all I know is that there are armies gathering and I was asked to join them to take you out and I also have a gift for you old friend here it’s a new suit of armor for you.” He hands me a little bag I open it and pull out an Abyssal crystal and I ask, “Where did you find this I looked all over!” Kiore just says, “I found it and a hole cave of them on the border lands.” I look at it and I draw a circle on the ground and place it in the middle and clap my hands and bolts of lightning shot it and it grew I grabbed it and did it again but this time I turned it into a suit of armor and a blade. Kiore says, “Them things is why the war has started again.” I look at the little bit of crystal left and say, “We have to fined them and protect them they are to strong to fall in to HIS hands but if we are not careful they just might.” We set out for castle town that night.


    Chapter Six:
    The Road Home.


    The first day on the road and we already get attacked we are surrounded and we cant use magic or our dragons just our swords and our shields. I swing first and I hit the shade in the head and cut thru it, Zore shots her arrow and hits the next shade in the heart and it falls to the ground, Vector takes his battle ax and chops the next one in half, and Kiore pulls his snow white blade out and swings it at the last shade and kills it. I say as we are cleaning our weapons, “Nice going Kiore that blade is the blade of snow right? I heard that you were after it I just thought you would never find it.” Kiore says, “Yeah I didn’t think I would find it either but I found it when I killed the snow dragon.” We get up and start to walk down the path when Soin flies down on snowflake and says, “We got trouble two maybe Three hundred shadow solders on there way here we need to hide!” We all jump in to the trees and watch the army go by and then I see him I see my father my real father he is being dragged in chains by a solder who was wearing a suit of shadow armor m and the blade of the twilight that my father owned all his life. I jump down on him put my hand on him and say, “Ri a se o” and he just fell to his knees I grabbed my father and his blade and jumped up into the trees and with him on my back and the sword in my hand . Me, Zore, Vector, Soin, and my Father, we are almost out of the woods and safe when out of no where a earth guard swings his blade at me I drop my dads blade and I drop him and Kiore caches him and I go for the blade when I get hit by the guards sword and hit the ground beside my dads blade I get up and I grab my side to feel blood dripping from my body. I reach for my sword to find that it is not on my back but its in Gold’s settle I yell, “Kiore, throw me your blade!” he yells, “Not Benahimay!” and I yell, “I don’t care just throw me a sword now!” So he throws me the Burnbein sword and I grab it and yell, “In to the fiery pits of hell with you!” I swing the blade and cut the guard in half and the two peaces burn and blow away. I grab my fathers blade and jump up there and give the sword back and say, “Thanks for the fiery help you jackass.” We get out of the trees and I hit the ground and I pass out from lack of blood. When I come to I feel bandages on my chest and I sit up to Zore’s warm embrace I hold her and she holds me I look at her and I kiss her she kisses me back and I realize everyone is asleep and we are by Lake Hifle. I pull her on to my lap and I hold her in my arms wile I gently kiss her soft lips she slides my shirt off wile she continues to kiss me she slowly pushes me onto my back and takes her shirt off and we make love right there to the sound of the waves as they crash onto the shore. I wake up with Zore’s hand on my chest and her smooth legs on mine. I get up and wash up in the lake I get dressed and come back to camp and Zore is just waking up and I kiss her and say, “You should go get washed up in the lake I will get every one else up and ready.” She smiles and grabs her clothes then walks down to the lake.


    Chapter Seven:
    The last line of defense

    We make it back to town safe and sound when my dad says that he will head to the cottage and will see us when we get there. I tell Vector to go get some money for the swords and shields that he fixed and Soin to stay with Zore. Zore went to get some food and I went to find an old friend I went to the middle of town square and the huge gold sword was shining right there in the hand of my statue that was made in memory to me three hundred years ago. I went up to the statue and pulled the sword out of it and every one whispered, “He’s back!” I held him in my hand and said, “Awaken Ten Zongetsu!” and out of no where the huge blade turned into a small bright gold blade that had a chain on the end of the handle, the blade was entirely gold and there was no way to look at it for it would blind you with just a look, the chain was as gold as the handle. I said, “Nice to have you back Zongetsu.” I put him in his seethe and walked away. Zore went to her house and opened the door to the cellar walked down the steps and opened an old wood chest, and pulled out a bright pink bow and said, “Nice to see you my beautiful dear, I have missed you Oh Ti Ze.” Soin was in the attic when he fount my old sword that I used and pulled it out of the seethe looked at it then put it in the seethe and took it down stairs with him. Vector had sold all of the swords and shields and got a large amount of money. We met up in town square then walk to the cottage to meet my dad. We got to the cottage and saw my dad sitting outside with an old suit of armor on.
