• Chapter 1
    If it had been any other day I would have just gone to my desk, sat down, and stared out the window. If it had been any other day I wouldn't have been listening to the popular girls talk at the back of the classroom. Today, however, wasn't normal, so I leaned against the wall and faded into the background as I listened to their conversation.
    " Awesome! A new boy! I'm gonna have fun with this..." a petite blond named Dawn said with a cocky smile.
    " I'm not so sure about that... I heard he's emo or something...." answered Tiffany flipping her brown ringlets over her shoulder.
    " Damn it Tiff! You had to ruin it for me didn't you! You're such a party pooper!" Dawn whined.
    That's how the conversation was going, truly it was shallow and stupid, just like most the other conversations these girls had. That's why I don't listen to them.
    It was as I was thinking this that it happened. Someone touched me..... My vision was brief but scary......
    It was me, crumpled and dead in the arms of a tall black haired boy that looked about my age, maybe a little older; he was crying.....
