• Erico was on the ground looking that the pile of rubble that now stood between him and his friends. In seconeds he could hear screams go to silence. Domination Inc. had fallen and the AI was still at large. This computer system was vast and he had to make sure that he didn’t die on the inside or his mind could forever be lost to cyber space.

Erico drew his sword and tucked his cap perfectly level on top of his pointy elfish ears. He walked carefully out of Domination Inc.’s Headquarters. His friends always asked him why he picked the most obvious race and class. His only response was. “I can bring interesting things to a simple character.”

Just looking around outside he could tell that this fantasy would has already been changing. Not by how it looked but by how it felt. Most of his friends were now lost to cyberspace. And the others he wasn’t sure where they were.

Who would have thought that this game could very well be everyone’s death. Domination Inc. wanted to create the perfect Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. Or MMORPG’s as some call it. Being able to transfer your mind into the game was a wonderful idea. It was any gamers dream. But now it had became a nightmare. This knew AI had formed and shut down the entire Domination Inc. Company single handedly. Erico could not escape this game now. He was trapped inside because of this.

Erico continued to walk, and walk until he got to the main trading city of the game, Bellmount. There was houses everywhere. Most players made their home here so it was easier to make simple money. There were also many business shops. Potions, weapons, armor, you name it this city had it.

Erico went to the silver moon inn. They had a pub on the first floor. He knew best, he created the place. He went up to the bartender. “moonshine please, and a lot of it.” Erico said to him.

“That will be seven silver my good man.” The bartender replied.

Erico game him the money and sat down at a table alone. He drank and he could feel the buzz. It was one thing he wondered about when they made this game. Was it a good idea to make a realistic feeling to being drunk?

After several mugs of Moonshine, Erico could no longer stand. He sat back in his chair and sighed, when a younger girl game up to him.

“Hey what’s wrong with you mister.” Said the girl.
