    Bathtime Dreams

There were candles scattered about, the lit flames dancing, shimmering off the fogged mirrors along with the water. The lights were off, the fire the only thing lighting the old room. The bath-tub seemed to be one of the old tubs, with feet, where the bottom of the actual tub didn't even touch the ground. The water was warm, and pettles of roses floated here and there.
Someones hands rubbed my back gently, I don't know who they are, but I feel calm. I can feel the suds, as the rub the bar-soap over my shoulder blades, it feels extremely relaxing. The bar of soap is placed upon the small white rack, near the tub, and their hands cupped around the water, poring what they could gather on the areas of my back with soap.
I lean against the side and look to see who is relaxing enough-who is personal enough, to sit here in the bath with me without a word, washing my back with ease.
I look to see but they have no distinguished features. I cannot tell who they are. Their face is a blur, and they pull me into their arms.
I still feel calm. I feel like there is nothing to worry about. I know there must be someting important between us for me to have gotten in the tub in the first place.
I was rambling on in my head so much that I didn't even notice the shampoo being smothered into my hair. It smelled of strawberries.
They pull me back, so that my head is partially submerged in water. They repeated with conditioner, and then held me, letting the candle was drip their wax. The faucet dripping water creating small ripples.

As I let my eyes drip closed, reality hits me like bricks, it's 11 in the morning and I have to go to school online. I frown, the dream being only a dream, but smile as I realize, Some dreams are real enough to come true, it just takes the patience of growing up...
