• If someone from high command were to tell me that they're sending me and my troops into unknown territories to set up a Beta class base I'd follow those orders, but, to say that this unknown territory is somewhere in the middle ages, I'd call em crazy. The order has already been sent and my troops are now on the verge of changing the history of another world. I'd always wonder what the outcome would be once we've set foot there, but, I guess my optimism might tell me that things wouldn't be so bad, though I'm always wrong so who knows what'll happen, maybe we might be in a war, except we'll be the ones mowing down soldiers carrying swords and bows.

We've crossed through the portal at 1400 hours and arrived into the designated territory 20 minutes ahead of the estimated arrival and the area we've crossed into seemed uninhabited. We've sent confirmation back to command and my men are preparing to secure the area incase local wildlife looking for a meal to eat comes wandering our way, we've also sent at least a four recon units to survey the surrounding lands but to also stay clear of any civilization or settlements including hunting camps and/or bandit camps just to protect our presence until we've got an idea of the history, marketing, and politics of this territory as well as religion and culture to allow an ease view once we've got a proper base up and running. However if any of those recon units have been discovered, they're authorized to use non-lethal force and use class 1 anesthetics to just make the party that discovered them see it as a nightmare or mirage. So until then, I just hope command doesn't get too confident and let me send my men to just go knock on any doors.

I'd also like to make another note that this area we're in starts feeling a bit strange once the sun starts coming down, it's strange in a mysterious way as if you can start to hear Sephardic music in the wind, I dunno if it's just me but the boys don't seem to mind, I just hope this place isn't end up putting them to sleep while on the job otherwise we'd have to get some Savant Corp. researchers find out if the air here is toxic and have them run the show.
