The Kings Crimson Court
Alone sits, the King of Diamonds in his court of red.
He sits alone for his Queen is dead.
"Long live the Queen" Their people had said.
For her to die, they all had dread.
He sits alone in his silent madness.
Lingering forever in his horrid sadness.
He has gone mad for what he had ordered.
The King of Diamonds had his Queen murdered.
And now he sits, in his court of crimson red.
The color binding in his head.
The Queen had made the court for him.
Now it had become quite grim.
For she was gone and it was his order.
He's gone mad, he's crossed the border.
The King of Diamonds ordered his whole kingdom murdered.
He killed his guards, and he killed his knights.
Now he sits, there are no more fights.
Alone he sits, in the red lights.
The King of Diamonds, forever alone,
in his Crimson Court.

- I really relate to having written something while bummed out or depressed and then recognizing it later on as something I particularly like to read. I kind of had the same feeling reading your poem as I have when reading a poem of mine I feel that way about. I really like the "theme" of it, though I am really not sure how to describe the aspect of it I like (theme doesn't sound quite correct). Good job. : )
