I hate this place, deep in my heart it hurts to love, it burns to hate
Sadness follows with every step that I take
Broken hearted I stand, broken hearted I fall
Living a lie, and yet the truth
Falling to pieces that can not brought back together
Falling forever in to the darkness, and out of the light
A broken heart that can not be undone

Whispers of sadness sing through out these halls of emptiness
I stand where I fall, shed tears where I cry
Shattering screams and cries of pain ring in my ears
Falling to pieces before my very eyes
Whispers of truth and of lies

These gentle tears won’t hold my soul, but they hold another’s heart
Living a lie and yet the truth
Broken hearted I stand, broken hearted I fall

through this year i stand with fear in my eyes my heart shattered to pieces and somehow i can not find the pieces of my heart to put back together. my tears drip down my face as i longed for the touch of the one i love but is it possible i am not sure....i love this poem it describes me very much 5/5

I lik this. Tho, it is a little confusing at some parts wen you start to change the subject in some of the lines, but vey good none-the-less ^^ I loved the last few lines~ good job wink
