Writing is better when you feel. Period. It doesn't need to be depression but any emotion strong enough to make you FEEL it and know it is unavoidable. Depression and angst are easy to qrite in or about becase everyone gets frustrated or upset. Wrtie happy and not with love (aka like all these drekked love sick puppy poems on this arena) as the focus. You have been happy before without aun unyielding and overpowering love involved you know. Give it a shot! ;P
