I stepped through the large gate,
like a prisoner waiting to meet his fate.
My life had been fine
and I had no complaints,
so why do I deserve this horrible restraint?
I hoist my bag like some feeble security.
But I knew I would need more for survival.
I would need brains, I would need guts.
I would need friends who would take care of my butt.
As people walked by I saw them laughing and I shook my head.
Didn't they know they were dead?
I inhaled deeply and walked right in.
I looked around nervously as if I created a sin.
There were giants, beautys, princes, and trolls.
There were jocks, prom queens, hot guys, and more.
I was anxious and starting to sweat.
Amidst these tall Amazons I looked like a tiny pet.
Someone bumped into me, "Move it kid." they said.
I almost tripped and hurt my head.
I started walking in the direction I was supposed to go.
When I saw my old school bully, a tall guy named Moe.
I looked the other way and as the bell rung the crowd started to sway.
In the middle of the chaos I got lost, I didn't know where to go.
And then I saw my "dear old friend" Moe.
"Ater school buddy I'm gonna kick your a**."
I took of running and entered the nearest room.
The teacher looked at me and said, "Sorry dear, wrong class."
At lunch Moe came again, "After school, you just wait."
So far highschool isn't looking so great.
