    she built you up,
waited for your return of love,
gave you an aiding hand to hold.

    everything was perfect now,
except your head grew too big,
turning you into an egomaniac b*****d!

    she never smiled enough,
    didn't do everything perfect,
yet she was still the same girl.

only you, only you had changed.

    one day,
    you looked at her,
    she wasn't good enough anymore.

her messy auburn hair like the uneven snakes of Medusa,
her face no longer bearable to look at,
her extra weight now seemed obese.

    one day,
she didn't smile big enough for you,
when you graced her with your mighty presence.

so, you talked down to her,
    told her to smile,
tried to control her like some sort of android.

    then,
she didn't hold your hand as she once did,
after being stabbed by your words from only moments earlier.

    she looked into your eyes,
saw that you were no longer her love,
    but a monster!

she looked at her hand in yours,
it was a child's in comparison,
    backing away,

    seeking some safe heaven,
she ran to a house with a giant front porch,
    as she ran,

    she felt her clothes disappear.
    a child?
your words made her feel as small as a child!

    you asked,
"what did you feel as your heaven fell around you?"
    she could not answer.

    for you knew the answer,
you wanted her to say it,
    you always were too confrontational.

    why...why, why!?
did you feel the need to break her so badly?
after everything she did for you!

she watched it all like a film,
    cheering herself on,
    yelling,"stand up! get revenge!"

but she could not hear these words,
    she was too busy,
too busy trying to hide with no corners to run to.

    with nothing on,
her body and soul bare to the world,
you could see her break into tiny shards.

    the film progressed,
    a couple years passed by,
    you moved woman to woman,

    womanizing every single one!
    they didn't stand a chance,
    your sweet, deadly charms,

    like Satan's son!
you were as handsome as they came,
and willing to deceive all in your way.

    outside a shabby family bar,
you stood in the steam of the city's night heat,
and noticed a lovely, young woman in a lavender, silk dress.

    she was weeping quietly,
you brushed her dark, auburn hair from her fragile face,
    you studied her,

she was the one who sacrificed everything for you,
only now being hurt by more pigmen such as yourself,
bringing yet, another harsh smug look to your face.

    she was still broken,
just the way you left her.
