As I realize that more and more, not only is my misfortune trivial, I realize that there are many more poeple like me. And aren't like I am, but should be. I only recently realized that I've been calling myself a dreamer for nearly a year or so now. But only now do I truly see it.
A dreamer is one who shuts their eyes to the world. Or in my eyes, they are. Because that's as I see that they need to be. To close all eyes to the world, in the effort to make a new, better one. The death, the destruction must be ignored. Because good enough is never so. A dreamer must be willing to throw sulpheric acid into a child's face, if it will save more people.
Well maybe not that drastic, but similar. A world of peace is not good enough. Peace must be retained ensured. and improved. And so, you see the need to ignore the world. When it is violence, you must not be tempted. When it is peaceful, you cannot be satisfied. A dreamer is constantly dreaming of a better world. If everyone were to acknowledge that dream......
O' what a beautiful world it would be. But it won't happen. And so, the dream goes on, everlasting through its entirety.
