Well, today was at least semi-productive.

After almost 2 years, I've made my first ban. What am I talking about? I work in a mall. Troublemakers are drawn to the candy store. Troublemakers of all ages. My manager had showed me three kids in our store, that she said are always stealing. We finally had enough of it, and as they made a not-so-surprising "visit" to the store, I secretly called Security, and had these three perma-banned from the store. If they try comming into the store again, they'll be banned from the mall itself.

Also, I found out our candy orders, while on a normal basis, is delivered on Thursdays, are supposed to be sent to us on Wednesdays. With increasing heat outside, and the shipper's trucks not having air conditioning, needless to say, our chocolates don't survive too well. This would mean our deliveries are always a day late. The District Manager called around 7pm, wondering if the order had come in. Upon telling her it hadn't, she told me she'd end up emailing the shipper. Boy...would I hate to be them right now... sweatdrop Getting her mad isn't the prettiest thing to see...
