Yesterday was HORRABLE! crying I was sick! Sniffling, headaches, a fever, and legs hurting more then usual...And it didn't help that I was closing alone...

Aside the normal problem of children, some IDIOT came into the store and went right for the sample tray TAKING one of EVERYTHING. I told him there was a limit of one per person. And after repeating myself multiple times, he said "I am taking one...of everything." The idiot either didn't get that the restriction was one PIECE per person...or he was trying to find a loop hole to get as much as he can without paying for it. What's more...HE WAS USING HIS BARE FINGERS! He was violating 2 sample rules:
1) One PIECE per person
2) Don't use your fingers
Not to mention, he only took them for free candy. THAT IS NOT THE PURPOSE OF SAMPLES!!
If that idiot comes in to try that again, he'll get nothing!

And some lady came in with her sons, after her sons bought something that had been put on sale for 50% off. She claimed the item was expired, since the bottom of the can said "Best By March 2006". That doesn't mean stale! It just means the quality isn't as good as before the date. It's not stale. It's still edible.

Yesterday just wasn't a good day...all day, I just wanted to pass out...

It's offical...I'm looking for a new job!! One that doesn't revolve around candy, kids, snappy parents, idiot customers, (food) health inspectors, or my current DM!
The only good thing...or people, about this job, are the people I work with...in store. Masked-Moon, the store manager, and my fellow Assistant Manager. I enjoy working with them...it's everyone else that's a problem.
