• There is a place that is believed only to be real in old legends, nothing more than a story to tell children and to entertain the royal. But, what no one knows is that this place is, in fact, real, and carries with it a story of love, life, hate, and death.

In this place is a palace, named Vetar, and everyone who ever passed by was amazed by its beauty. vines of the rare rose that grew only there running along walls of stone black, stained windows created by the best glass makers of the country. this palace was known for it's vast garden of roses that aligned the perimeter of Vetar. and all though people was enamored by it's graceful beauty, the feared the entire thing completely, for whenever a passerby comes across Vetar, he or she is greeted by the strange feeling of a ghost, waiting, seeing, and hoping for anyone to find him. The reason to want to found is still unknown.
the garden, as i mentioned before, was the after math of king Demetry and his obsession with his 3rd wife. he love her with all his heart, worshiped the ground she roamed, and gave her everything her heart desired. He one day pondered on the thought of the ultimate gift for her, and soon it came to him.
    roses.
He knew very well just how much his queen had loved roses. she kept them everywhere around the palace. She could sometimes talk the day away about roses, and so he bought her the ultimate gift for the woman he cherished so dearly.
And on his way to said woman, he had seen a site that never was to be seen. He strode into the library where she usually was seen reading, he saw her body sprawled on the floor.
    everywhere.
blood was splashed on the beautifully made windows, coloring them a ghostly color of scarlet, limbs where thrown here and there, her torso shredded to unimaginable strips and pieces. And finally, upon looking around for the head, he had found that it had been hanged from the ceiling, lower jaw missing, and an eye dangling from a socket.
Demetry was horrified at the site that was laid before him. he fell to the ground, not able to stand as tears flowed from his eyes. he couldn't breath, he couldn't feel, and he most defiantly could not believe. he sat there, engulfed in the sadness he felt, when a quiet, almost inaudible cry hit his ears. Confused he gazed around the room once more to find a baby child huddled in the corner, wailing.
He stood and walked to said child and craddled the small being in his hands and observed the baby. The longer he gazed at the baby with it's pale porcelain skin and eyes of sapphire, he the more he began to love the child. Then he decided that he shall raise this baby as his own, to treat this baby as his own baby. and his deceased wifes.
Quickly checking the gender of the baby, he came up with a name for his new found child. Mia.
