• usually you open a new day with a warm sunny blue sky patched up with clouds here and there, making sure they were white and fluffy, wonderfully engrossed with the invisible lovely rays like rainbow sunshine spotted for the positive thinker. of course there is no assurance you can truly open a day in such a way, there are types of ways to open a day. one is to wake yourself up with a loud noise from out of nowhere. you would peek innocently above your covers, if felt like covering yourself up with any blanket, still groggy and sleepy. wondering where the hell could such a noise come from. eventually the only thing that greets your eyesight is the dimly lit room, red rays of the sun sort of peeking through the blinds of your window, and every piece of your room still asleep.

you won't try and check that space above your head of course since your too lazy to do so, but why not check it. raising your head just a few centimeters, eyesight quickly adjusting to the dim for a better vision and there just above your head slumped back against the wall stood that one being in the world you would never expect to be there. floating upside down like a bat, lo and behold, stands a huge bat, its eyes conveniently red and sleepy. the first thing you know in this world about the next thing that would happen is complete and utter blood shed that will happen to you, in short be killed. but the world doesn't think the same.

you scream your lungs out of sheer shock, and the first words you utter are "GET OUT YOU PERVERT!!!"

now wouldn't that kind of morning be dandy.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Corinth woke with a start as she heard her sister scream, it had been two years since there move in the coziest house in the world and not one day has gone without her sister freaking out because she thinks it wasn't the safest, nor the sanest. wading her hands at the sunlit room of hers she sat upright rubbing her eyes trying her best to wake up. just beside her bed sat the window half way her bed view and sat there the house cat all white, fluffy and sleeping as if the shriek was never heard. it waved its tail then went dead steady sleeping and wheezing.

"i could have sworn one of my sisters screamed." she said sleepily, "its sunday today, no one should ever wake anyone on a breaking dawn of a sunday morning as if she was being murdered slowly."

she tried poking her legs out of her warm blanky but all she did was wriggle an inch to her left. it took forever for her to actually get out of bed, amidst all the running and the bustling, whimpering and whining.

once she stood her ground loud thuds were heard from her floor trap door, she unhinged the lock and popped in a black shadow it quickly swam its way around the room only it did a small "o" and looped down under her bed. this woke her considerably fast.

"whats going on??" she screamed down her trap door, the ladder dangling. "you better explain it to me nice and properly."

"YOUR. STUPID. PET. WAS OGGLING MEEEEEEE!!!" screamed that shrilly voice.

"Corinth dear, one of your special pets have been rudely staying in your siblings room again. what did i tell you about letting them roam in the house too freely??" said her fathers stern voice.

"oh great," said Corinth under her voice, she looked around to find a huge pair of red eyes blinking at her.

    "oh no not you!!"

the pair of red eyes blinked twice before grinning its toothy bat grin. it sent Corinth into a shiver of panic, it was a huge bat, not a vampire, but a bat. an ANTHROPOMORPHIC bat. anthropomorphic and magical, how could her day get any better than this.

"okay, ah..." she said gurggling, "why don't you guys just start the day while i, ah..." thinking, "try and solve this the most civilized way i could ever know!!!" said her last stuttering voice as she quickly pulled the ladder away from her fathers grasps.

"Corinth you better not slam that..." blag. closed the hatch. her father shrugged as it felt completely pointless to talk to a closed ceiling trap door. "shut that trap door, good lord."

"come dear, let Corinth handle that now." said the soothing voice of mother. "you know she promised to be responsible for those special friends of hers, let this one time slip through."

    "again." said brother#2.

sister who was #5 sobbed herself to fits as sisters #6 and #7 went back with her to her room to be calmed down.

"father its alright, has she ever let us down when something bad happens?" said brother#1, "a problem that came from her will be gauranteed to be solved by her. you must always remember to trust her father."

"sigh, i could never do try and understand how to tame that child." as he said this the ceiling shook with a loud thud, and a pretty much obviously squished grunt. "forget taming that child. everyone back to your rooms."

"i will cook breakfast now dear." said mother who was fairly undisturbed.
