    Re: Genesis labs

    To whom it may concern,

In regards to the event that has occurred on the weekend of October, all agents and employees that have been assigned to the clean up of the Genesis genetics compound must report to the nearest decontamination tents outside the area and must report to debriefing thereafter. Media coverage of any kind is restricted and all electronics devices must be presented and confiscated by company security officers at any checkpoints heading into the compound. Refusal to comply will result in severe punishment or otherwise, confiscated items will be returned upon exiting the compound.

Any reported KIA of the event will be brought back to their family members or close relatives and coverage for funeral costs/burials will be provided, but any charges held against the company by the family of the deceased employees will be dropped and any number the family has sued the company for will not be paid despite all claims. We're paying for their loved one's funeral, that's all we're allowed to do under these circumstances.

As to any reports provided by any crew members of the clean up party, at least 87% of any paper work will be blacked out/or redacted and will be archived at central database and remain buried forever under the order of the Ethics Committee and any investigations held by federal government or local law enforcement will be dismissed from their investigation and if further investigations persists anyone involved will be charged with a 5 year sentence to prison and the individual will be sued for an X amount of money for refusal to cooperate with company demands.

As to my reaction of what has happened on the weekend of October, this is a dark time in company history and will forever be a reminder that this event should not be repeated and that it should also remind all employees that any signs of disobedience towards company safety protocols will result in severe consequences to both parties involved. We've designed these protocols for everyone's safety, both employees and agents alike including the volunteers that were stationed at the labs. As head of the Senior council, I'm calling a meeting for the re-evaluation of company safety protocols to make sure that we address all or any issues that has otherwise caused the outbreak and security breach of the compound. Until the clean up has been completed and all deceased employees or volunteers have been accounted for, the company flagship will be on lockdown and all offices and facilities are to have tighter security in hopes of maintaining order.

    Best Regards,
