• Icy fingers grasp my hand, there I lay silent and with him beside me. Dare I turn my head to look and his angelic face, but my eyes slowly fall on nothing. I feel a tear roll down my face. Then I invite myself back into darkness.
I know he is behind me. I feel his cold breath on my neck. His eyes are burning me to turn around, I don't and i won’t.
“You forgot to capitalize your I.” He reminds me, in his perfect sweet voice.
“Thank you, Edward.” I flatly reply.
“I love you.” he whispers in my ear.
“Dido.” I giggle. He slowly wraps his arms around my shoulders. A hug from a vampire I thought. I reach my hand to greet his, but all I feel is my very own shoulder.
“Ugh, there is nothing to wear!” I groan.
He turns me to the mirror, “You already look beautiful.” As I gaze into the mirror a glimmer of hope arises in me, but it all crashes down when I notice it was only I in my room.
I slowly flip open TWILIGHT and begin to read… “…And so the lion fell in love with the lamb…” he murmured. I looked away, hiding my eyes as I thrilled to the word.
“What a stupid lamb,” I sighed.
    “What a sick, masochistic lion…”
He carefully turned the page for me. I looked up, but no Edward.
As I crawled into bed, I see him standing at my door. I gasped.
    “Stay.” I choked.
“I can’t,” he sighed, “ I have to get into my story.”
    “Please,” I cried.
“I’m sorry.” Then he was gone. I sat alone, crying.
The moment I woke up I raced for the book. I read and read until I soaked the pages with tears. As I turned to the last page a note fell out of the book.
I will always be here. Don’t you feel it right now? I’m here. Behind you. Look. I am sorry. I quickly turned around. And there he was. The grin on his face said it all.
“ I told you.” He chuckled.

Edward Cullen had taken full control of my life.
